BELLYFIT for women

This is a great fitness routine for women of any age, size and level of ability.

It’s low impact – which is good news for my aging knees – and it’s really easy to do, especially for beginners.  No fancy routines or choreography to master, just a lot of hip swaying and arms moving to a hypnotic african beat.

Bellyfit combines meditation, cardio and yoga inspired stretch. One hour leaves you feeling relaxed, energized and wanting to come back for another session.
